Body Composition Analysis

Oxizone fitness premium believes in giving fitness with scientific base merging health and fitness . Once you join you will get a body composition analysis with our specialized equipment measuring body fat percentage , muscle mass , visceral fat , body hydration level (Water Content) Analysis , BMI and metabolic age analysis .

These components play a very important role in achieving an excellent fitness level . Our body is made of 60 to 70 % water reduction in body water content would be a hurdle in fat loss.

FACILITIES

When you join Oxizone as a member, at first we examine your body, which helps us understand your muscle mass, fat%, and hydration level to create a suitable fitness program based on your needs. This may include individual training using our advanced technology equipment or group fitness classes with our skilled trainers. Apart from the above services we provide diet counseling and physiotherapy consultation to take your fitness to the next level.

    In regular membership, we have monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual package options. All these plans include working out facilities, regular diet and physio consultations so that you get full 360 degree fitness solutions.

  • Couples

    Couples can avail hue benefits from this offer! As the name suggests, this package is designed specifically for couples who want to work out together and want similar fitness schedules. Services like training, diet counselling and physiotherapy consultation are included in this package.

  • Students

    We have special discount for students, we only need your student ID to offer you the discount. Students will have full access to diet counselling and physiotherapy consultation in this package.

  • Women

    We have happy hours for women from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at a special discount. With training sessions, diet suggestions and physiotherapy consultations, we ensure that you put your health first.
